PINO SACCHERI - THE CHEF
Born in Sicily, on the 2nd of December 1964, Giuseppe Saccheri or "Pino" as friends call him, completed his secondary education at the “Scuola Alberghiera” Hotel and Catering school in Italy.
He speaks 4 languages Greek, English, Spanish and Italian and has acquired remarkable highly extensive professional experience in Milan, New York and in Greece.
His relocation to Greece, since 1994 includes managing responsibilities in all areas of several 5-star Boutique hotels on the Greek island of Mykonos and consequently the position of the Head Executive Chef of VIP Mediterranean restaurants.
In 1996, in Athens, Pino inspired, organized, developed and ran successfully for 10 years the famous Restaurants "Pritanio" in Kolonaki and Kefalari.
His ongoing journey continues with significant collaborations with well-known restaurants and hotels....
